Certifications and partners

The aluminium alloy used conforms to UNI EN 601 for materials in contact with foodstuffs.

- Tüv: is the best-known German certification body. Tüv marked products are tested in specialised laboratories and must be fully conform to DIN regulation 44904. Tüv certification is periodically renewed following inspections inside the premises where the products are manufactured.

- FIC: «The Italian Federation of Chefs' Order of Masters of Cookery has examined our non-stick "Stove Guss" pans, and after rigorous tests involving the preparation of typical elaborate recipes belonging to Italy's Millenary Cooking Traditions, it issued the following opinion: non-stick "Stove Guss" pans passed all cooking trials with flying colours, thus fully deserving official Approval by the Italian Federation of Chefs. The Italian Federation of Chefs judges the non-stick cookware to be suitable for hob or oven use; the extra-thick bottom, together with the triple non-stick layer make these products unique and today unparalleled for those who aim to practice traditional and unconventional cooking using traditional cooking techniques.»
