The Perfect Pans Guarantee, is unique in the fact that it clearly states that if you have any problems with your Crafond cookware that goes against your guarantee, we will replace your pan FREE OF CHARGE. All we ask for, is that the customer cover postage costs to return the pan back to us, and to get there replacement to them. The customer can arrange there own delivery, or we can do this through our chosen courier DPD on a next day service.


Perfect Pans Cookware carries the manufacturers’ guarantee to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.

Your Perfect Pan is guaranteed for life NOT to warp, wobble, bend or buckle. The platinum plus non-stick surface has a lifetime guarantee against peeling, cracking or blistering. If you would like to claim against your guarantee, please return your pan back to us with your contact details so we can investigate the claim further.**
  1. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, overheating, commercial use or any use not in accordance with the care and use instructions. Please refer to our Care page or read the back of your guarantee provided with your purchase.
  2. Damage to the exterior of the pan or lid is not covered.
  3. You must register your guarantee to validate it, this can be done either by clicking the link on the home page or by completing the paper version and returning it to us by good old fashioned post.
  4. If your pan is returned to us, and it is found to be damaged and/or excluded by our guarantee, we will replace your pan but under the re-surfacing service instead. This comes at an extra cost, as your old pan needs to be returned back to the manufacturer.
* Customer is responsible for payment of postage, packaging and insurance. Both for delivery and return of the pan.
** Claims can take up to 4 weeks for a turnaround, due to the process that has to be followed.
Please note, we only offer this guarantee for Crafond Cookware. The website once supplied a variety of different brands, but due to a takeover in management and the UK leaving Europe – we no longer hold agreements with the brands. This includes SKK, Castey, Brava (Diamond Line). Any of these models purchased are not protected by the policy and cannot be claimed on the guarantee through ourselves, nor used for the re-surfacing service. You can contact the brand manufacturer directly to escalate any issues.
